Report a mapping error

A wrong Verified label is worse than a missing one. If a report links a token to the wrong reference asset, or shows the wrong conversion ratio, tell us and include a source.

1. The token address and chain.
2. What is wrong, in a sentence.
3. A link to a source that shows the correct mapping.

Corrections are reviewed by a person before any mapping changes. We will update the record and its checked date.
