What EquiTrace is

EquiTrace is a read-only research tool. It gathers public contract, market and reference-price data about stock-linked tokens and shows it with its sources and timestamps.

It is an information and comparison layer. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, issuer or trading bot.

Not advice

Nothing on EquiTrace is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

Signals are prompts to investigate. They are not proof of fraud, backing, solvency or legal status.

Mappings and claims

The link between a token and a reference asset is labeled Verified, Claimed or Unknown from the evidence listed in each report. A Claimed mapping is a statement by a project or issuer that EquiTrace has not independently confirmed.

If you believe a mapping is wrong, use the Report a mapping error page.

Data

Data comes from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Market and chain data can change after a report is generated. Reports are snapshots.

The plain-English explanation is generated by an AI model from the structured report and checked against it. It can still be imperfect. The report itself is the source of truth.

No warranty

EquiTrace is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking the sources linked in each report.
